Habitat for Humanity of St. Charles County
Seeking to put God's love into action, Habitat for Humanity of St. Charles County brings
people together to build homes, communities, and hope.
We opened in 2007 and have diverted over 3,000 tons of waste from local landfills by selling donated items back to the general public.
The ReStore sells new and used building materials, furniture, and select home goods.
The funds raised allow our affiliate, Habitat for Humanity of St. Charles County, to be self-sustaining, so nearly 100% of every dollar donated goes directly toward building simple, decent, affordable homes for deserving families in St. Charles County.
Lori joined the ReStore crew as a volunteer in 2009, where she met her now husband. After the birth of their daughter, she was given the opportunity to join the staff and jumped in with both feet. With experience as an administrative assistant, retail sales manager, kitchen designer, and assembler of all things General Motors van, she has mastered many glorious pursuits of diverse ingenuity.
Jay has been with the ReStore for 4 years. Originally from Webster Groves, he now resides in St. Charles County and has a strong relationship with Habitat St. Charles ReStore and the building affiliate. (more…)
